What drives a ministry? What motivates people to work tirelessly toward a goal? At Good Samaritan Ministries, our vision is rooted in faith, compassion, and an unwavering belief in the transformative power of God’s Word.

The Core Vision

Our vision is simple yet profound: to distribute 1 million Free Urdu Bibles across Pakistan by 2033. But behind this number is something much deeper than a statistic. It represents hope. It represents redemption. It represents the possibility that every single person in Pakistan, regardless of their background, economic status, or circumstances, will have the opportunity to encounter Jesus Christ through God’s Word.

Why 1 Million? Why 2033?

The year 2033 holds special significance. It marks 2,000 years since the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. To us, this milestone represents the perfect moment to have reached 1 million lives with the Gospel. It’s a testament to Christ’s sacrifice and a fulfillment of His Great Commission.

One million Bibles means one million opportunities. One million potential encounters with Jesus. One million chances for transformation, healing, and salvation.

The Urgency of the Mission

In Pakistan, millions have never owned a Bible. Many have never heard the Gospel clearly. Many live without hope, without purpose, without knowledge of God’s love. This urgency drives us. This is why we cannot wait. This is why we must accelerate our efforts.

The Impact of One Bible

We have witnessed countless times how a single Bible can change everything. A family receives one Urdu Bible. They read it together. The Word of God touches their hearts. They encounter Jesus. They accept Him as Savior. Their lives are transformed. They now live with hope, purpose, and eternal perspective.

And it doesn’t stop there. That one transformed family begins to share their faith with friends, neighbors, and relatives. The Gospel spreads. The impact multiplies. One Bible becomes ten families. Ten families become a hundred. And so the movement grows.

Our Three-Fold Approach

Pray – We believe in the power of prayer and intercession. We invite people to pray for the mission, for open hearts, for the Holy Spirit’s working.

Partner – We seek financial and resource partnerships from individuals, churches, and organizations who share our vision.

Participate – We welcome volunteers and active participants in Bible distribution, evangelistic crusades, church planting, and community outreach.

God’s Promise

The Bible tells us that God’s Word does not return empty. It accomplishes what God purposes and achieves the ends for which He sends it (Isaiah 55:11). This gives us confidence. This gives us hope. This drives our mission forward.
