In 2009, Dr. Naeem Nasir faced one of the greatest tests of his life. A severe illness affected both of his feet, leaving doctors fearing permanent damage and the possibility of amputation. For many, this would have been the end — but for Dr. Nasir, it was the beginning of a miracle.

Through deep prayer and faith in God’s promises, he experienced complete healing within one week. It was a divine encounter that became a turning point in his life. From that moment, he dedicated himself fully to God’s service, vowing to spend the rest of his life spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout Pakistan.

To honor his vow, Dr. Naeem Nasir purchased five Urdu Bibles — the first step of what would become one of the largest Bible distribution movements in Pakistan. What began as a small act of gratitude grew into a nationwide mission through Good Samaritan Ministries, aiming to make the Word of God free for everyone.

Over time, this mission expanded into a full outreach program under FreeUrduBibles.com, dedicated to providing free Urdu Bibles to people in every province of Pakistan — from major cities to the most remote villages.
